Description :	Médaillons carrés saillants aux extrémités des bras, avec boules de cuivre doré, symboles des Évangélistes réservés, avec têtes nimbées en relief (il manque la tête du taureau pour saint Luc). Avers : Christ réservé et gravé au XIXe siècle, inscription. Revers : Agneau Pascal dans plaque émaillée sur couverture d'argent estampé, motif floral. Le Christ au centre est entouré de la Vierge, saint Jean et deux anges.
